By accessing and using ToolMintX (https://toolmintx.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of Service

ToolMintX provides free online tools for file conversion, image processing, document signing, QR code generation, text manipulation, and related productivity tasks. All tools are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Processing and Data Handling

Most tools on ToolMintX process data entirely in your browser. For those client-side tools, we do not upload or store user files on our servers.

Some features use external AI APIs. When you use such features, your input may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Do not submit sensitive or confidential data to AI API-based features.

3. User Responsibility & Prohibited Use

You are solely and entirely responsible for your use of ToolMintX tools. You agree that you will NOT use our tools to:

  • Forge, fabricate, or falsify signatures or documents
  • Commit identity theft, fraud, or impersonation
  • Create, distribute, or promote misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Create QR codes linking to malicious, phishing, or illegal content
  • Process files or images you do not own or have authorization to modify
  • Engage in any activity that is unethical, harmful, or illegal

ToolMintX is not responsible for any misuse of its tools. Any and all consequences of tool misuse are borne entirely by the user.

4. Signature & Document Tools — Special Notice

The Signature Extractor and Add Signature tools are designed for legitimate personal and professional use only — such as adding your own signature to your own documents, invoices, or correspondence. These tools do not create legally binding digital signatures (as defined by eIDAS, ESIGN Act, or similar legislation). For legally binding signatures, use a certified e-signature service.

Any use of signature tools for forging documents, creating fake authorizations, tampering with evidence, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. ToolMintX bears zero liability for such misuse.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that tool outputs will be perfect, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. Results may vary based on input quality, format, size, and complexity. Users should always review and verify tool outputs before relying on them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ToolMintX — including design, code, branding, logos, and documentation — is the property of ToolMintX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you process using our tools (images, documents, signatures, text) remains your property. Since all processing is client-side, we never have access to or ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any content you use with our tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolMintX, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our tools. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, business, revenue, goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolMintX and its operators from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the tools, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party libraries, CDNs, or APIs (such as PDF.js, ONNX Runtime, and external AI providers) to provide tool functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, security, retention, or behavior of these third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of ToolMintX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
