At ToolMintX, your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (and don't collect) when you use our website at https://toolmintx.in.

No Personal Data Collection

ToolMintX does not require any login, sign-up, or account creation. We do not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII). There are no user accounts, no profiles, and no registration of any kind.

Client-Side Processing and Data Handling

Most ToolMintX tools process data entirely in your browser. This includes:

  • Images (background removal, compression, conversion, signature extraction)
  • Documents & PDFs (merging, splitting, converting, signing)
  • Signatures (drawn or uploaded signatures for document signing)
  • Text (captions, hashtags, and other local text tools)
  • QR Codes (URLs, text, WiFi credentials, GPS coordinates)

For these client-side tools, data is not uploaded to our servers. We have no user file database and no server-side storage for locally processed files. Your files exist in browser memory and are discarded when you close the tab or navigate away.

AI API-Based Features (External Processing)

Some features use external AI APIs for processing (for example, AI Text Humanizer and AI Enhance mode in Image Info Extractor). When you use these features, your input text or OCR text may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing.

We strongly recommend that you do not submit sensitive, personal, financial, medical, legal, password, or confidential business data to AI API-based features.

Provider-side logging, retention, and handling (if any) are governed by the provider's own policies and terms. By using AI API-based features, you acknowledge and consent to this external processing.

Analytics and Measurement

We use limited analytics measurement (such as Google Analytics) to understand overall website performance and improve user experience. We do not use session-recording tools, and we avoid invasive behavioral profiling.

Cookies

ToolMintX and third-party services may set limited cookies or similar identifiers for analytics and advertising. If Google AdSense is enabled on our site, Google may use cookies to serve ads. These technologies are governed by the respective providers' policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.

On-Device AI/ML Models

Some tools (such as Background Remover) use AI/ML models that run entirely in your browser via WebAssembly (ONNX Runtime). The model files are downloaded from public CDNs and cached in your browser. For these on-device AI tools, your images are processed locally.

Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics — for limited site analytics and performance measurement.
  • Google AdSense — for advertising. Google may collect data as described in their privacy policy.
  • CDN Libraries — we load open-source libraries (PDF.js, ONNX Runtime, etc.) from CDNs. These CDN providers may log requests as described in their respective policies.
  • External AI Providers — only for features that explicitly use AI APIs. Input may be transmitted for processing under provider terms.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy practices of any third-party services.

Children's Privacy

ToolMintX is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Data Breach Notification

For client-side tools, we do not store user files on our servers. In the unlikely event that our website infrastructure is compromised, we will notify users through our website. For AI API-based processing, third-party provider infrastructure and policies may also apply.

Your Rights

For client-side tools, your data remains on your device. For AI API-based features, data rights and retention handling may also depend on the third-party provider's policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
