No Data Collection — Zero Server Storage

Most tools on ToolMintX operate client-side in your browser using JavaScript, Canvas API, WebAssembly, and similar technologies. For these local tools, files are not uploaded to our servers and we do not provide server-side storage of user files.

AI Processing Notice

Some features use external AI APIs. When you use these features, your input may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing. Please do not submit sensitive, personal, or confidential data to AI API-based features.

Claims such as “100% local processing” or “no data leaves your device” apply only to fully client-side tools and do not apply to AI API-based features.

Tool Misuse — User Responsibility

You, the user, are solely and entirely responsible for how you use the tools provided on ToolMintX. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Signature Tools: The Signature Extractor and Add Signature tools are provided for legitimate personal and professional use only — such as adding your own signature to your own documents. Any use of these tools for forging signatures, creating fraudulent documents, identity theft, impersonation, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and is entirely the user's responsibility. ToolMintX bears no liability for any misuse of signature-related tools.
  • Background Removal & Image Tools: Users must ensure they have the legal right to process any images they upload. Using these tools to manipulate images for deception, defamation, misinformation, or any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
  • QR Code Generator: Users are responsible for the content they encode in QR codes. Do not create QR codes that link to malicious, phishing, or harmful content.
  • PDF Tools: Users must have the legal right to modify, merge, split, or otherwise process any PDF documents they use with our tools.
  • Text & AI Tools: Output generated by AI or text tools should be reviewed and verified before use. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of generated text.

No Legal or Professional Advice

ToolMintX does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Our tools are productivity utilities designed for convenience. The output of our tools — including but not limited to digitized signatures, processed documents, and generated text — should not be treated as legally binding, certified, or professionally validated without independent verification.

No Liability for Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToolMintX, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in tool outputs
  • Any misuse, illegal use, or unethical use of our tools by any user
  • Any loss of data, business, or revenue resulting from tool usage
  • Any third-party claims arising from user's use of our tools

Output Variability

Tool outputs may vary depending on input file quality, format, size, and complexity. PDF conversions may not perfectly preserve all formatting. Image processing results depend on source image quality. Text generation tools provide suggestions that should be reviewed before use. Background removal accuracy depends on image complexity.

Intellectual Property Rights

Users must ensure they own or have proper authorization to use any content they process with our tools. ToolMintX is not responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or intellectual property disputes arising from user-processed content.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may reference or link to third-party websites, APIs, or services, including AI providers used by certain features. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, retention policies, or availability of these external resources and assume no responsibility for them.

Indemnification
