ToolMintX is a free utility site, so support is handled by email and public GitHub issues rather than live chat or account tickets. We prioritize reports that affect file safety, incorrect financial or academic calculations, broken downloads, privacy disclosures, accessibility problems, and pages that do not match the tool described in search or navigation.
Report a Website Issue
For reproducible bugs, broken tools, mobile layout problems, accessibility issues, or incorrect tool behavior, you can open a public GitHub issue so the problem is easy to track.
Include the page URL, browser, device, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result. Do not post passwords, API keys, private files, bank details, medical data, or confidential documents in public issues.

Before You Send
- Check whether refreshing the page or trying a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari version changes the issue.
- For file tools, mention the file type and approximate size, but do not attach private files unless we specifically request a safe sample.
- For calculator tools, include the exact input numbers and the result you expected so we can verify the formula.
- For AdSense, privacy, or policy questions, include the page URL and the wording you believe needs review.
We cannot recover files that were processed locally in your browser, because local-first tools do not upload or store your documents on ToolMintX servers. If a browser tab was closed before a download finished, please run the tool again with the original file.
For urgent safety or policy concerns, make the subject line specific, such as privacy issue, copyright report, broken download, or incorrect calculator result. That helps us separate operational problems from general suggestions.
What Happens Next
After you send an email, we review the message manually and group it by type: tool bug, content correction, privacy question, copyright concern, feature request, or general feedback. Reports with a reproducible page URL and clear steps are usually the easiest to verify.
We may reply with a follow-up question if the issue depends on a browser version, file format, local setting, or calculator input. If your message is only a suggestion, we may use it to improve a future release without sending a detailed reply.
